The Son Of Neptune

Hey Polish Peeps! 3 days until The Blood of Olympus, so you know what that means. The Son Of Neptune nails.  (SPOILERS ahead)

• Percy Jackson - Son of Poseidon 

For Percy I did a dark sea blue because when do you ever think of Percy and not think of blue things? With the blue is a sea green (for Percy's eye color) trident on the thumb, middle, and pinky fingers.

Colors: essie = after school boy blazer, Stripe Rite = Green

• Hazel Levesque - Daughter of Pluto 

For Hazel, I thought that a classic nail color fit considering the time she came from. So, I picked red. The red I chose was a red based off of jewels because one of Hazel's abilities is to control the riches under the earth. I then put swirls of gold on top to symbolize the mist that she also has the ability to control.

Colors: essie = wrapped in rubies, Stripe Rite = Gold 

• Frank Zhang  - Son of Mars 

Frank has always seemed blue to me. Like a blue snow from Canada. I love the idea that Frank keeps his bow even after Mars tells him to get a real weapon and his old bow disintegrates. So I decided to put an arrow on the nails.

Colors:  essie = truth of flare, Stripe Rite = Silver 

• The Son Of Neptune - 2nd book of The Heroes Of Olympus series 

For this, I used a blue that matched the cover of the book and then added a triangle tip to symbolize a glacier-type object like on the cover of the book.

Colors: Zoya = Ryan, butter London = Lady Muck 

 I just love these and can't wait for you to see The Mark Of Athena nails that I have for tomorrow.
