folklore

Hello! As someone who has been listening to Taylor Swift since I was 10 and dancing to her music with my sister in her room, how could I not do nails inspired by her latest album folklore? This album is very amazing and such a great rain/fall album and I really love it! So, for these nails, I took inspiration from the cover of the album, which is a very pretty black and white photo with a lot of trees. I went for a misty grey background with darker lines for the trees and covered them with a gold glitter top coat to add to the almost pixie dust look from the "cardigan" music video and promotion photos. I think these nails came out really well. Last time I did nails based on a Taylor album was back in 2014, which was when I started this blog. Looking back at them, it's amazing to see how I have grown. Polishes Used; Essie in on mute(dark grey) , now and zen(light grey), summit of style(gold glitter). OPI in Alpine Snow .

Hello everyone! Today I will be posting two sets of nails since I have been so busy that I have not had the time to paint my nails let alone post about them. So, these nails I did about three weeks ago and just took them off for something new about 4 days ago. I really want fall to come; I'm so sick of hot weather and want some nice and cold rainy, stormy, and cozy days so I decided to do a dark/fall-like mani with black and grey to look like a storm coming in or fog. I really like how these came out and how they photographed! Polishes Used; OPI in Black Onyx . Essie in on mute .

Mermaid

Hello! Somehow within lock down I'm more busy than I was before and have had less time to post nails. So, I love the ocean and like Haru from Free! I would also like to be a mermaid,  but the closest I can get is by doing mermaid scale nails. For these nails I used nail vinyls for the first time, which aren't too hard but do take a bit of getting used to. These nails look prefect for the summer and are prefect under the water! Polish Used; OPI in How Does Your Zen Garden Grow? (light green) and Let's Be Friends! (light pink). Essie in mrs always-right (dark pink). China Glaze in Fairy Dust (glitter top coat).  See you!
