Hello everyone! As snow is falling, I always enjoy contrasting the bright white of the outside with a dark manicure. And there is something so beautiful about the light against the dark on nails that is perfect together. For these nails, I started off with two coats of dark blue that is almost black. Then I taped a corner of the nail in the shape of a square/rectangle and painted it a coppery brown. Then, using a thin nail art brush, I painted white lines over the whole design to give the look of snow falling. Polishes Used; Butter London in Royal Navy (blue). Essie in leggy legend (copper) and blanc (white).  Hope you all have a good week.

Valentine Hearts

Happy Valentine's Day everyone! I hope everyone is enjoying a day surrounded by ones you love. And remember to love yourself as well. Since it is Valentine's Day, I wanted to do a classic color with a bit of a pop on each nail. I started off with two coats of a light/translucent pink that matches my skin tone. Then I added a red heart on the tip of each nail. I finished these nails off with a coat of glitter. Polishes Used; OPI in Bubble Bath and Big Apple Red. Chain Glaze in Fairy Dust . Hope you all have a great and love-filled day.

Chocolate Dipped Strawberry

Hi! Since it is the day before Valentine's Day, I am very much ready to indulge in a lot of chocolate and nothing is better than chocolate dipped strawberries. Of course, I had to do some on my nails. For these nails, I wanted to do different designs on each so I took advantage of the new glitter/sparkle valentine nail polishes Essie just released. Polishes Used; OPI in Hey Baby (pink). Essie in you're so cupid (pink glitter), truth or bare (light brown), blanc (white), and mojito madness (green). Butter London in Cheeky Chops (yellow). See you tomorrow!

Chocolate Hearts

Hello everyone! Hope all of you had a good week. As the season of hearts and love is back, I wanted to do one of my favorite color combos as a kid: light pink and dark brown. And since chocolate is always on the mind, I thought chocolate hearts would be perfect. I started off with two to three coats of a light pink, to get it fully covered. Then I used a dotting tool to make two dots right next to each other, then I connected the end at the tip making a heart. I added a coat of glitter because why not it's Valentine's day?! Polishes Used; OPI in Let's Be Friends! (light pink). Essie in little brown dress . China Glaze in Fairy Dust (glitter). See you soon!
