lavender bloom

hallo. Sometimes you see someone with really pretty nails and then begin to suddenly want them and your mind refuses to paint your nails any other color. That is what happened this week, but I added some jewels and did my take on the design. The other day, I noticed a girl's nails that were nude and light purple and I just kept wanting to do my nails with the same light purple. So I went for a half-n-half mani and added a jewel for style. I started off with two coats of a nude (for my skin tone) polish. Then I taped off the bottom half of my nail leaving the tip exposed. I then painted the tip with a lavender purple polish. As an accent I added a few jewels to finish off the look. Polishes Used; OPI in Bubble Bath . Butter London in Hydrangea .  See you next week.

Daydream

Hello!  As some of you may know, I love BTS. And on March 2nd one of the members, J-Hope, released his mixtape entitled Hope World . All of the songs on it are amazing and you can tell he put a lot of effort into them. Along with the mixtape, he released a music video for "Daydream." The cinematography and ideas presented in the video completely encompass the song and himself perfectly. I highly recommend you give it a watch here. These nails took me a week to plan and paint. Shout out to my sister who helped give me ideas and helped pick out all the colors. Polishes Used; OPI in The Art to Warm Your Heart (deep blue), Rich Girls and Po-boys (lighter blue/ mix w/essie to make color),  and Sun, Sea and Sand in my pants (yellow). Essie in mod square (pink), chillato (green/mix w/OPI to make color), blanc (white), and licorice (black). I am very happy with how these came out. Hope you all have a good week!

Storm

Hey guys! For my birthday a few weeks ago, my amazing mom got me a ton of Zoya Pixie Dust polishes and I just love this deep and rich purple one. It reminds me of dark storm clouds and rain, which I love.  Its so pretty and sparkles even in the rain. What is great about the Zoya Pixie Dust polishes is that you can wear them two ways. You can keep leave them with the matte texture or you can add a top coat and get a richer/darker color, which is what I went for today. Polishe Used; Zoya Pixie Dust in Thea . See you next week.
