Happy New Year everyone! To send off 2017, I made up a summary of all the nails I have done this year.     Hope you all have a happy and safe New Year's Eve with everyone you love.

Sparkling Claus

Ho Ho Ho! Merry Christmas Eve everyone! I hope all of you enjoy your time with the people you love. On this Christmas Eve, I did my usual Santa hat, but with some snowflakes this year. I started off with red polish on all my nails except my ring finger, which I painted a nude polish. I used a toothpick to paint on snowflakes on top of the red polish. On my ring finger, I taped off a triangle and then painted in red. Then, with a dotter tool, I added a white rim to the wider side of the triangle and one dot on the tip. I finished this look off with glitter to make it magical. Polishes Used; Pacifica in Cinnamon Girl (red). OPI in My Vampire is Buff (nude/tan for my skin tone). Morgan Taylor in All White Now . China Glaze in Fairy Dust .  Hope all of you have a safe and joyful holiday!

golden christmas

Hello everyone! It's Christmas Eve Eve today and what is better to begin the festivities than a Christmas tree with a little elegance? My "wonderful" sister came up with the design for these nails and said I have to give her credit, thanks Shann . I started off with two coats of a glittery gold on all my nails. Then on my ring and index fingers I taped a triangle and used striping tape to add lines in the center of the tree. I painted it white and removed the tape. Finally, I added a jewel to top of the trees. Polishes Used; Essie in jiggle hi, jiggle low (gold glitter). Morgan Taylor in All White Now . See ya!

nutcracker

Image
Hallo! My favorite decoration for Christmas is my nutcracker that I've had since I was very young. He has been broken several times, but I have always fixed and loved him. And somehow I have been doing Christmas-themed nails for 5 years now and have not done nutcracker-themed nails so I am fixing that this year. I went for a deep red polish on all my nails except the ring finger. On the ring I used a light nude color to match my skin. Then I used black polish and painted half my ring finger at the base (near the cuticle). Then I added the face details with black and white polish. On the thumb, I used gold to mimic my nutcracker's pattern on his coat. Polishes Used; Morgan Taylor in All White Now and Little Black Dress . OPI in I'm Not Really a Waitress . Essie in Good as Gold . See you tomorrow!

Hey everyone. Nothing beats baking fresh cookies that fill the air with a warm, sweet fragrance. So, naturally, I had to do gingerbread men nails. I started with two coats of a white polish. Then I used a deep brown polish with a dotter tool to make the bodies. With a toothpick, I then added "frosting" detail with white. On a few of the nails, I added Santa hats and red dots. I finished the look off with a coat of glitter. Polishes Used; butter London in Tramp Stamp( Brown). Morgan Taylor in All White Now. OPI in Big Apple Red . China Glaze in Fairy Dust . See you guys soon!

Cozy Penguins

Image
Hallo everyone! For this week's nails, I wanted to do something that fit with the cooler weather. So I went for penguins! For these nails, I started out with two coats of a cream polish and then painted oval shapes (in black) at the tip of the nails. After that, I painted a white semi-heart shape inside of the black. Then added eyes and beaks on top of the white. And then, to top off the penguins, I added little white-lined hats in different colors for each penguin. Polishes Used: Morgan Taylor in All White Now and Little Black Dress . Zoya in Jacqueline (cream). Essie in orange, it's obvious! .  See you tomorrow.

crystal snowman

Hi guys. My winter tradition is to do snowman nail art. Since wanting a snowman on my nails is what got me into doing nail art, I paint one every year to bring in the holiday season. For these nails, I started off with two coats of a bright blue. Then I used a dotter tool to make one big blob and a smaller blob on top in white polish. From there, I used a tooth pick to add a top hat, bow tie, eyes, and button on the snowman. With orange, I added a carrot nose and then used white for snowflakes in the background. I finished off the snowman with a coat of glitter to make it extra snowy. Polishes Used;OPI in Rich Girls & Po-Boys (blue). Morgan Taylor in All White Now and Little Black Dress . Essie in orange it's obvious! . China Glaze in Fairy Dust (glitter). See you guys next week.

frosted forest

Hallo everyone! Sorry that I have been missing these last few weeks, I was working on 7 holiday nail arts for you guys. So every Saturday and Sunday (starting today), I will be posting Christmas-themed nails. To start off this extravaganza, I wanted to do some snowy nails. Nothing seems more winter-y than a snowy forest, right? For these nails, I started with two to three coats of a pale blue and then used a dotter tool to make little hills/mounds of snow at the tip of the nail. Then with a toothpick I added upside down Vs right on top of each other to look like trees (kinda like <<<, but closer together). Snowflakes in the background finished off this winter-y scene. Polishes Used; Essie in bikini so teeny (light blue). Zoya in Hunter (forest green). Morgan Taylor in All White Now .  See you guys tomorrow.
