no nails

Hey guys. One of the nail arts that just screams autumn is a half-moon mani. This type of mani allows you to really take any two colors and make a beautiful manicure. I went with orange and brown.  I first started with two coats of orange as the base. Then when that was dry I taped off the cuticle section and painted a good coat of brown. I then added a jewel to my middle finger to give it and extra little twinkle. You can also add glitter--it works really well (You can find a tutorial on how to do this on the tutorial page). Polish Used; OPI in It's a Piazza Cake (orange). Butter London in Tramp Stamp (brown). Hope you guys have a good weekend!

Hello everyone. Today is the last day of summer with tomorrow being the first day of autumn (finally). The weather is starting to cool and some trees leaves are golden in the sunlight. I really love watching the gold leaves fall surrounded by trees of green; this is just the beginning of my favorite time of the year. Because of that, I really wanted to mimic this look on my nails. I started with two coats of a deep forest green. Then with my gold glitter polish I gently brushed the glitter at the tips and a little bit down the nails to look like the glitter is falling to the cuticle. Polishes Used;  Zoya in Hunter (forest green). Essie in Rock at the top (gold glitter). I hope you guys get in the fall mode with these nails!

Hi guys! New York Fashion Week has been happening this week and I love looking at all the nail brands' nail art for the runway, and Essie had this beautful maroon to gold gradient that I really loved. I wanted to do something inspired by the look of the gold and maroon, but I went for darker colors to go with the dark skies that I had this past week. I also went for a stripe of gold instead of a gradient. I really love the look that I got out of these nails. Polishes Used; Essie in Wicked (deep red/maroon) and leggy legend (rich orange/gold) . Hello everyone. One thing I have recently gotten obsessed with is nude nail polish. I bought 4 different nudes at the same time the other day and had to restrain myself from buying more. So I thought I would use a few for a neutral fall aesthetic. I really love doing two toned manis and these colors work perfectly together. Polishes Used: OPI in My Vampire is Buff(more white-ish nude) and Pale to the Chief . See you guys next week.

Hey guys. We are only 22 days away from the first day of Autumn! I am so ready for the cold weather and the leaves changing (and getting closer to Christmas!!!) . I went to my closet of fall sweaters. One thing I really love is that a lot of preppy sweaters have two strips on the sleeves, I wanted to replicated this look on my nails. I went for a blue theme, but these could really work with a lot of different colors (I think a red with a gray would be pretty or oranges). Polishes Used; Zoya in Kristen (light blue/gray) and Ryan (royal blue).  See you guys next week!
